We were excited to meet up with Rachel and Alvin for their engagement session over at Waimanalo Beach as they wanted some beach and woods shot as Rachel loves both. Always recommending that couples bring along several outfits to change into was perfect for this location. Alvin being the 49ner’s fan that he is, his request was to have some images of them in 49er’s jerseys. Which I love as it shows your personal touch to the session! Rachel also used this time to to have her hair and make-up trial from Face, Art, Beauty and we think she looks amazing! I can not stress the importance of having a trial session with your artists as you can work out any concerns you may have for your wedding day. False eye lashes are all the rage these days and this is the perfect time to make sure you can wear them all day. I mean your honey is going to totally want to take you out for a date afterwards!  We can’t wait for their wedding coming up and watch out for their wedding images too!

Waimanalo is a picture perfect location as we can walk to many locations to have great backdrops for your session. The Ironwood trees make this location so unique! We can go from having woods, forrest to the famous white sandy beach of Waimanalo.

I just loved the kids playing in the waves in the background of this image! The sun had just gone down, reminding us that another day in paradise was coming to a close but with R+A their journey is just beginning!
