Remember all your romantic wedding day details for all time
Your wedding is a day filled with romance and celebration and, there’s a lot going on behind the scenes. While documenting all the anticipation, romance and joy of your wedding is my priority, there is ample time built into any of my destination wedding photography timeline to capture the finer details that help tell the full story of your love and marriage.
As your wedding photographer, we’ll go over some of the details that are super important to you to have captured and I’ll send you a suggested list of items to have ready for me upon my arrival (or sometimes we’ll even shoot them the day before depending on the timeline for your wedding).
Here are a few examples of the kinds of items/details that I recommend you have ready:
- Rings (Engagement and both bands
- Personalized Hanger
- Perfume / Cologne
- Bridal Bouquet
- Boutonnières
- Invitation Suite
- Styling Blooms from your florist
- Shoes for both of you
- Wedding Band and engagement Ring (In bridal suite)
- Any heirloom jewelry (I like to photograph jewelry on the body as it tells a better story.)
- Cufflinks, ties, and/or bow-ties
- Wedding Vow Books
- Special tokens for family members, gifts, and other sentimental items
Usually, your planner/designer will help you make sure you gather your details before your photographer shows up but, I usually will go over this and email you a reminder too.
