Recently I was offered to photograph the Meeting Planners International annual awards Gala held at the Royal Hawaiian Hotel in the newly renovated Monarch Room. It was a fabulous evening with highlights from the show Ulalena from Maui. “Ulalena explores relationships between people, nature and mythology. The use of metaphors integrates Hawaiian chants and dances, original music and choreography, lighting and projections to support the talents of unique performers.” Check out their website and if you’re on Maui it’s not to be missed.
